Shipping & Returns

We make your order after you place it. Here is how the rest of it goes.

Getting it to you

• We ship to: the United States only, at least for now.
• It costs: whatever the carrier rate is for your order, shown at checkout so there are no surprises.
• It takes: usually 3 to 7 business days to make, then a few days on the road. Hats and the holidays can run a bit longer.
• You can track it: look for an e-mail once it ships. Larger orders sometimes travel in separate boxes.

If something goes wrong

Since each piece is made just for you, returns for fit or second thoughts are not possible. Please glance over the sizing on the product page before checkout.

When an item turns up damaged, misprinted or flat-out wrong, that is on us. Send a photo and your order number to sales@one-stop.com within 30 days and we will send a new one or refund you, whichever you like.
