We have opinions about nearly everything, but we try not to have much of your data. This site belongs to One Stop Enterprises, LLC in Springboro, Ohio. Last updated November 4, 2026.

What we gather

• Your order: who you are, where it goes, how to reach you, and what you picked.
• Your messages: anything you submit through our contact form.
• Visit statistics: what pages get read, plus general location and device, through a copy of Matomo that runs on our own servers. It feeds no advertisers.
• Cookies: these keep your cart working. Stripe also uses some for fraud checks.

How we use it

It lets us deliver what you bought, write back, catch fraud, keep the records tax law asks for and make the site better. Selling your information is not something we do.

Who we pass it to

• Stripe, for payments. We never hold your card number.
• Printful, for making and sending your order, which needs your name and address.
• Carriers, for delivery.
• Law enforcement or courts, only when legally required.

How long it stays

We hold order details for as long as accounting and tax rules say we must. Messages get cleared out once we are done with them.

What you can ask for

Write to sales@one-stop.com to review, fix or erase your personal information. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13, and the site is not meant for them.
